General Terms & Conditions for Fees Payment

These Terms and Conditions outline the policies regarding fee payments for courses, training programs, and other services offered by Medicza International Academy. By enrolling in a program, students agree to the following terms:

1. Fee Structure

The fee structure for each course or service will be communicated clearly to the student prior to enrollment.
The fees may include tuition, registration, examination fees, and other related charges as specified in the course details.
All fees are subject to applicable taxes, which will be added to the final amount payable

2. Payment Terms

Fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed installment plan before the start of the course or service.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other method approved by Medicza International Academy.
A receipt will be provided for all payments made.

3. Installment Payments

Students opting to pay in installments may do so in a maximum of three (3) installments only, as per the agreed schedule in the signed payment agreement.
Students must provide post-dated cheques, standing instructions, or a signed mandate (where applicable) for installment payments.
An administrative fee may apply for processing installment plans and will be disclosed upfront.
Late payments beyond a grace period of 5 calendar days will incur a penalty of INR 500 per week of delay.
If an installment is overdue by more than 14 days, the academy reserves the right to suspend access to classes, materials, and exams.
If two or more consecutive installments are missed, the academy may terminate the student's enrollment and initiate legal or recovery action.
Any changes to the installment agreement must be requested in writing and approved by the academy in advance.

4. Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable.

Course fees are refundable under the following conditions:

Withdrawal request is made at least 14 days before the course start date: 80% refund.
Withdrawal request is made within 7 days of the course start date: 50% refund.
No refund will be provided after 7 days of the course start date.

Students enrolled in combo courses cannot withdraw from the program in between.
In case of withdrawal from a combo course, the fee for each completed course must be repaid in full before withdrawal is processed.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 14 working days.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Medicza International Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances.
In case of cancellation by the academy, students will receive a full refund of the course fee or an option to reschedule to a future batch.

6. Default on Payments

Non-payment of fees by the due date may result in suspension of access to classes, exams, or certification.
The academy reserves the right to take legal action to recover unpaid fees.

7. Institutional Disclaimer

Medicza International Academy is not a manpower recruitment company.
Medicza assists only with documentation and paperwork processes for international opportunities, for a reasonable service fee.
Medicza recruits through its authorized partner companies in Germany. Students are advised to carefully read and follow the terms and policies of the respective partner company before beginning the recruitment or placement process.

8. Fee Revision

Medicza International Academy reserves the right to revise the fee structure for new enrollments.
Any changes in fees will not affect students who have already enrolled and paid under a prior agreement.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to fee payments will be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be escalated to an independent arbitrator, and their decision will be binding.

10. Attendance Policy

Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% in each course or module.
If a student's attendance falls below 75%, they will be required to retake that particular course at their own expense.
Students with less than 75% attendance will not be permitted to proceed to the next course/module until the current one is completed successfully.
